Rules of Creek Stone Mug Club

• Mug Club Membership and benefits are not transferable. Mug Club benefits apply to purchasing member with valid ID and may not be applied to any other individual.
• If caught using our member's mug you'll be asked to leave our establishment.
• Mug Club Membership runs for one full year from date of purchase (or for those purchased before we open, the membership year starts on the first day we are open to the public, and expires - if not renewed –one year later).
• Mug Club Member must be at least 21 years of age.
• Broken mugs will be replaced at the mug member's expense unless broken by Creek Stone staff
• Mugs are to only be used for our draft selection
• If the member chooses not to renew their membership, they will have the option of keeping their mug, and their mug club number will be issued to another person. If the member does not claim their mug, and their membership expires, the mug will be discarded.
• All mugs will stay at Creek Stone for the duration of the year! Membership renewals are $70 but are subject to change.

Creek Stone, LLC reserves the right to revoke a club membership, without refund, due to refusal to observe Brewery policies.

Creek Stone, LLC reserves the right to change terms and benefits of the mug club at any time. Members will be notified by email of any such changes in terms or benefits.
